Who we are?

We are IPEX Group, since 1998  specialized in the market of qualitative fastening systems for roof, wall and façade construction. This ambitious and successful family business grows because of a consistent high level of service, reliability and quality. To continue this international growth, we are looking to hire a new IPEX colleague in Germany.

Just a random day at IPEX GROUP

It's Monday morning. You find your way to your home office (or kitchen table) to kickstart your day with a coffee. It's still early but your appointments require preparation and a tight schedule, being late is not an option for you. In the driveway is your new lease car ready to comfortably drive you to your carefully selected prospects and existing relationships. In consultation with the Sales Manager Western Europe you contribute in the strategic business development plans by advising on market approach, product/market combinations and target audience. While in your car you might as well call Sander (Sales Manager) to share your latest updates on your planning, opportunities and of course your weekend.

Is that all? ...

Not really! In your application interview you have convinced us that you master the following accountmanagement skills effortlessly:


  • Deliver a reliable periodic forecast update
  • Active contribution in German (strategic) sales plans
  • Initiating joint visits with Sander
  • Presenting commercial results at the MT during periodic meetings in Enter (NL)
  • Agenda management like a pro, your appointments = your responsibility
  • Manage the balance between prospects and existing business according business  objectives (30% / 70%)
  • Advising, inspiring and enthusing customers about IPEX Group products (and applications)
  • Continuously investing in yourself by keeping up to date about relevant trends and Developments in the market of fastening systems and materials
  • Representing IPEX Group as commercial and technical specialist at national events


What we ask of you?

  • You need at least a Bachelor's degree
  • You have at least 5 years experience as an accountmanager in a relevant/technical sector
  • you are living in one of these regions: Hessen, Baden-Württemberg or Nordrhein- Westfalen
  • You have strong communication skills and a proven track record in prospecting
  • You are an entrepreneurial self-starter with strong discipline, sense of responsibility and drive
  • A relevant network (in roofs/façades) is a strong pré
  • Language skills, at least German and English
  • People would describe you as representative, no-nonsense attitude, with a healthy dose of humor
